Dr. William Filderman’s trip abroad, during which he visited London, Paris and Berlin, was undertaken in behalf of the Roumanian Liberal party, according to a report of the Jewish daily. “Die Zeit.”
The paper publishes a report to the effect that the purpose of Dr. Filderman’s trip was to secure a loan for the Roumanian government.
