Fire early Friday morning destroyed the South Moor Country Club, whose membership is made up of prominent Jewish business men of this city. The estimated loss is between $25,000 and $30,000.
Harry Silverstein president of the club, has ordered an investigation as the fire was the second on the grounds within a few months. Three months ago a barn near the club house was burned mysteriously. The present loss is covered only partially by insurance.
