Commencement exercises will take place here tomorrow for the first class of the Paul Baerwald School of Social Work, established by the Joint Distribution Committee last October to train Jewish social workers in Europe.
The graduating class comprises 21 persons, including 12 Israelis who will return immediately to the Jewish state. The other graduates come from North Africa and western Europe. A new class has already been chosen for training for the new semester.
