The four-day strike of the United Retail Fish Dealers Association in the Fulton Fish Market was ended yesterday as suddenly as it was begun on Monday. Following a visit to the Mayor at City Hall the retail organization decided to call a thirty day truce during which time a permanent agreement between the wholesalers and retailers could be reached.

Mayor LaGuardia has appointed a committee of six, three retailers and three wholesalers, to settle all disputes. A delegation of the strikers also visited Commissioner of Markets William Fellowes Morgan yesterday.
