Five Hitlerites, members of the anti-Semitic “Sturmabteilung”, have been arrested as defilers of the Berlin synagogue at Kottbusthor. The names of the five are: Wuestenberg, Ruba, Meckelburg, Doering, Steinke. They are accused of having painted a “Hakenkreuz” on the walls of the synagogue with the words, “Jews, Revenge and Death Is Near”. Just before they committted this act, they are supposed to have participated in a Hitlerite ball.
