Two Jews, Hans Abraham and Joachim Lippe, returning from the Chalutzim home where they had accompanied a group of Chalutzim enroute to Palestine, were attacked by anti-Semites who attempted to throw them into the river.

Another Jew, David Rapaport and two Jewish girls were also attacked by anti-Semites, but were rescued by a taxi driver.
