The doors of Germany will remain forever closed to Kurt Robitschek, founder and director of the famous “Kabaret Der Komiker,” in Berlin, according to the theatrical press of the city. The reason is that the noted Jewish artist, on the eve of his flight from Germany, sent an insulting letter to Chancellor Hitler, which is now in the hands of the German political police.

Robitschek is now in Prague, where he intends to organize a new theatre along the lines of the “Kabaret.” His new venture would be located at Carlsbad during the summer months and in Prague and Paris during the winter season.
