A warning against any foreign aircraft flying over Israeli territory without permission was issued today by the government. The warning emphasized that Israel will act firmly to discourage unpermitted flights over Israel. A government spokesman said that a number of viclations by foreign airplanes have taken place recently over the territory of the Jewish state.
