Anti-Jewish feeling prevailed in the Safed Mosque on Friday when an 83-year-old Moslem divine reproached the congregation for causing the bloodshed of their innocent neighbors and enjoining the worshippers to repent. A young Arab, a government official, it is reported, interrupted him, shouting: “You are intergering with the holy war.” The aged Arab was finally obliged to leave the platform.
