Foreign Minister Abba Eban has postponed his return to the United Nations General Assembly. He was expected to return Sunday but is now scheduled to arrive at the beginning of next month. The postponement is believed to be based on Egypt’s reported request for a delay in the start of the Middle East debate until around Dec. 1 Egypt is understood to want to allow for time for consideration of the report to be filed by four African Presidents on the results of their recent peace seeking efforts here and in Cairo.
