Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan said that the support of U.S. Jewry was one of the four factors that will enable Israel to maneuver and negotiate at the Geneva conference, if and when it convenes, without surrendering its positions. The other factors were that Israel is in possession of the occupied territories and can continue to hold them; the possibility of co-existence with the Arabs; and the strength of the Israeli army.
