Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak changed his story regarding the number of times he spoke to President Clinton about fugitive billionaire Marc Rich, according to the Jerusalem Post. Barak’s office now says the two men spoke by phone about Rich “approximately three times” during the waning months of Clinton’s presidency, not on only one occasion, as Barak’s spokesmen had maintained until now.
