The fortieth anniversary of the death of Dr. Theodor Herzl, founder of political Zionism, was marked here today with ceremonies at his grave attended by Israel cabinet ministers, members of the Jewish Agency and veteran Zionists. An Israeli Army unit presented arms at Dr. Herzl’s tomb.
