Capitalizing on the heavy travel movement of the month, the Fall cruise season was this week ushered in for an early start by the announcement from the American Express Company, in cooperation with the American Export Lines, that four 58-day Fall cruise tours had been arranged Tuesday for Mediterranean countries, the first of the series to leave New York Aug. 21 on the Yankee Cruiser S.S. Exeter.
