The fourth Jewish settlement to be established in the past week was begun last night on JNF land in the Judean Hills, in the vicinity of Kafar Etzion, midway between Jerusalem and Hebron. Founded by Palestine-born members of the Hashomer Hatzair, it is called “Nachalin.”

A report from Damasous says that the Syrian Government has drafted a law providing a life term at slave labor for Syrians selling Palestine holdings to Jews or helping to smuggle Jews into Palestine.
