France and Israel concluded their talks here Monday on the practical application of their extradition agreement. Israeli sources said “the talks and their conclusion were satisfactory.” The talks were held in order to try and prevent repetitions of incidents similar to the Abu Daoud affair which resulted in the release by France from detention of a man charged by Israel with masterminding the Munich massacre.
