Emanuel Hannaux, seventy-nine, noted French Jewish sculptor, died here. He was active in French Jewish life and was a member of the central committee of the alliance Israelite Universelle.
M. Hannaux was born in Metz in 1855. He was graduated from the Paris Ecole des Beaux-Arts. The French government honored him in 1908 when he was made a Commander of the Legion of Honor.
