Major Vidkun Quisling’s latest ambition to become Europe’s Jew-baiter No. 1, which is revealed in the Dagens Nyheter’s prominently-featured report of Quisling’s proposal in Frankfurt for introduction of pan-European anti-Jewish legislation within the framework of the Nazi “new order,” has already had repercussions in Norway.

Following’s publication by the Quisling organ Fritt Folk of a six-column front-page article violently agitating against the Jews, Jewish shops in Oslo and other centers have been defaced nightly with abusive slogans smeared in white paint.

Quisling’s speech was made before the Institute for Research into the Jewish Problem, held in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, with the attendance of leading Nazis from various parts of the Reich and German-occupied territories.
