A movement seeking a Swiss Government pardon for David Frankfurter, convicted slayer of Wilhelm Gustloff, Nazi agent in Switzerland, was launched here today by the World Union to Combat Racism.

The union, in a resolution adopted by its executive, decided to circulate a petition for the signatures of numerous noted personalities and organizations throughout the world. The petition will ask either a full pardon or revision of the 18-year term to which the young Yugoslavian Jewish medical student was sentenced.
