The entire membership of the Albany State Teachers College chapter of Kappa Delta Rho fraternity resigned in protest against a policy of religious discrimination in membership followed by the national organization, it was announced today. The 62 former chapter members have formed a new, unaffiliated fraternity. Their spokesman said today that in the past two years the national fraternity had blackballed on religious grounds five men pledged by the Albany Chapter.
