The 1929 award to the American Jewish physician who makes the greatest individual contribution to the progress of medicine will be made at the annual convention of the Phi Lambda Kappa medical fraternity which will meet in Pittsburg December 27-29. The 1928 award was given to Dr. Solomon Solis-Cohen of Philadelphia.
It is expected that the 1929 convention of Phi Lambda Kappa will be the greatest ever held. The fraternity now has 1,500 members in the 40 chapters in all parts of the United States. Dr. Harry Epstein of Pittsburgh is general chairman of the convention committee.
