French Anti-semite Surrenders; Was Sentenced to Death As Nazi

Pierre Clementi, founder and leader of the French anti-Semitic “National Collectivist Party” who was sentenced to death in absentia by a French military court in 1949, today surrendered here. Clementi, who was convicted of collaboration with the Nazis and of attacking Jewish property during the Nazi occupation, had been living in Italy.
