The pastor of a French church in Montreal is the first contributor to the United Palestine Campaign for one-half million dollars, which the Canadian Zionist Organization is to launch on March 18 The Rev. W. T. Halpenny, pastor of the Eglise Unie du Sauveur, in sending his contribution, wrote: “I am intensely interested in the object of your organization. I think it is one of the most significant movements of modern times.” Mr. Halpenny’s contribution was entirely voluntary.
