French lawmakers formed a committee in support of the “Geneva accord” Middle East peace proposal. The group, which consists of members of both the upper and lower chambers of the French Parliament, includes members of the center-right governing UMP Party as well as representatives from the opposition Socialist, Communist and Green parties.
