French Morocco and Ose Reach Agreement on Extension of Realth Programs Among Jews

The French Moroccan Government and the CSE have concluded an agreement under which the Moroccan Government will pay the Jewish health society a maximum annual subsidy of 8,000,000 france toward the support of CSE programs in that country, it was announced here today by the American Committee of CSE.

The agreement which was negotiated for the Jewish group by CSE headquarters in Paris, also provides for Morocco to supply large quantities of medical supplies for use among Jews in the country. The CSE conducts its health programs in eight Moroccan cities–Casablanca, Marrakech, Sefron, Ou?da, Fez, Sale, Rabat and Safi. Its programs in Morocco are supported principally by the Joint Distribution Committee.
