The racial question forms the basis of the State’s entire existence, it is stated by Minister of the Interior Wilhelm Frick in an anti-Jewish article in today’s issue of the German Law Academy Journal.
Speaking at Koenigsberg today, Dr. Walter Gross, head of the Nazi Party’s racial department, stated that the racial laws in themselves were not sufficient. He said that it was important that the laws be fully understood by the entire population, particularly insofar as they relate to the prohibition against intermarriage with Jews.
