Released last Thursday from the concentration camp at Dachau, Germany, Dr. Desider Friedmann, former president of the Vienna Jewish Community, was today under arrest Again on undisclosed charges. Dr. Friedmann originally was seized on charges of having been instrumental in raising funds for the Schuschnigg Government.
