‘friends of German Refugees’ Will Give Dinner-dance on Liner

“The Friends of German Refugees,” Mrs. Bela Schick, chairman, and Lord Marley, honorary chairman, will give a dinner dance and entertainment March 12 on the liner Washington.

Herman Bernstein, Prof. Morris R. Cohen, Freda Kirchway and Harry Hirshfield will make short addresses. Louis Gruenberg, composer of “Emperor Jones,” is chairman of the musical program, and will play some of his own compositions. Max Rosen and other artists will participate in the program.
