This opinion is stated by Arthur Cohen, publisher of Meridian Books, and author of the essay “The Problem of Pluralism, ” one of the five parts of the Fund for the Republic study. Contributors to the 108-page pamphlet, “Religion in a Free Society, ” part of a $4, 000, 000 study of problems which affect a free society, include religious and legal thinkers of different faiths.
