Funeral services for Jack J. Silverman, an executive of the Riverside Memorial Chapel, were held at the chapel yesterday afternoon. Silverman, who died after a three months illness, was interred in the Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Ridgewood, Queens. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
