Israeli sources close to the Military Government said today that Arab families in the Gaza Strip refugee camps are starting to respond to Israeli efforts to get them to move to better quarters. Several families from the Jebaliya camp, a hotbed of crime and terrorist activity, have already transferred to new dwellings in the area. The sources indicated that many more families may be willing to leave the camps for work villages or agricultural settlements. The refugee camp population in the Gaza Strip now numbers 200,000 with Jebaliya, the largest of the camps, containing 42,000.
