Attempts failed Saturday to impose a general strike in Gaza and nearby refugee camps to protest the deaths of two Arab girls and four terrorists in a grenade-throwing melee at the Jabaliya camp Friday. The girls were killed when the terrorists tried to break out of an Israeli troop cordon by throwing grenades in all directions. Four of them were gunned down. There were no Israeli casualties. The camp went into mourning Friday and funeral services were held for the victims without incident.
