A report that the General Zionist party may initiate a fund-raising campaign of its own in the United States in 1951 if it does not receive one percent of United Jewish Appeal funds was denied today by Y. Kubowitzki, managing director of the General Zionist Constructive Fund, in a statement to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. The report was attributed in the Hebrew press here to Mr. Kubowitzki.
