Resolutions calling for private investment in Israel, and the emigration of Chalutzim and professionals from Chile to Israel were adopted here at a national convention of Chilean General Zionists attended by 165 delegates.
Other resolutions called for Israel to grant a special status to the World Zionist Organization, for unity among the General Zionists in Israel and for the convening of a Pan-American Zionist conference to discuss problems of the movement.
