The Jewish community here issued a statement today condemning the world Jewish conference recently held in Geneva and asking the German press not to take the conference seriously, but to pay attention to the attitude of the American Jewish Committee and the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
The entire German press devoted a great deal space to the Geneva conference, reporting it in great detail. The Nazi papers, including Der Angriff and Der Voelkischer Beobachter, saw in the conference confirmation of theories of world Jewish domination, but declared that “All-Juda was pessimistic.”
