Gerald E. Rosenberger, a New York philanthropist active in Jewish affairs, died here yesterday at the age of 63. Funeral services will be held tomorrow. Born in New York City, Mr. Rosenberger was active on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal and the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies. He was also an associate chairman of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, and served on the national committee of the National Jewish Hospital of Denver.
