German business leaders reportedly made progress toward establishing a fund to compensate Holocaust-era slave workers. Participants at the weekend meeting said they plan to offer compensation to all Nazi victims regardless of their religion or nationality. Volkswagen, which has already established a fund of its own, agreed to participate in the new fund, an official with the car-maker was quoted as saying.
