The Jewish race is so completely contrary to all that is German that a German minor cannot be apprenticed to a Jewish business-man, according to the decision of the Law Court at Verden published in the current issue of Deutsche Justiz, organ of the Reich Ministry of Justice.
The court refused to sanction an apprenticeship agreement between the guardian of a minor girl and a Jewish business-man, ruling the agreement would not be in the interests of the girl, the state or the nation.
The year of vocational apprenticeship should serve, the court set out, not only to give the minor a trade training but an opportunity to become acquainted with world politics in the National Socialist spirit.
Another decision, handed down by the Law Court at Zell, refused statuatory “poor person” legal services to an “Aryan” girl who wished to sue to compel her father to supply her with a marriage outfit to wed a “non-Aryan.”
The court upheld the father’s refusal to condone the marriage, stating, “The present state conception is opposed to marriages between “Aryans” and “non-Aryans.”
