A group of German internees have petitioned the Palestine Government urging their release and the return of their property and lands, the Arab newspaper Adiffa reports today.
Another Arab paper, Palastin, commenting on the memorandum concerning the German internees recently submitted to the government by the Jewish Agency urges the authorities “to take a wise and cautious stand toward any Zionist demands.” It also calls on Arab institutions to keep close watch on “secret Jewish efforts.”
