The German-Israel mixed reparations commission began meeting here today to work out the schedule of goods and services that West Germany will furnish Israel during the next fiscal year under the terms of their reparations agreement. This meeting is held annually.
The present schedule of deliveries covers the period through March 31, 1955. No major change is expected in the agreement for the following year. The mixed commission consists of 12 experts from each country. They are divided into two subcommittees. The Israel delegation is headed by Dr. F. Shinnar, head of the Israel purchasing mission in this country.
