About 4,500 Dutch workers have found employment in over a hundred large and small factories established by German Jewish refugees in Holland, it is announced here today by the Committee for Economic Research.
The committee, which made a special study of industries founded by German Jewish refugees from April 1 to September, has established that Jewish refugees from Germany have also contributed to the increased export from Holland.
Among the factories which the Jews from Germany established in Holland are a nickel-goods factory, clothing factories, case and trunk factories, factories for leather goods, factories for cosmetics and chemical products.
