German prosecutors are investigating a convicted neo-Nazi bomber who is running for Parliament. A spokesman for the prosecutors said Manfred Roeder, who is running on the far-right National Democratic Party ticket, is being investigated for inciting racial hatred during campaign speeches he made during the weekend.
