Racial cards for facilitating “the elimination of undesirables from the retail trade” will be introduced in Germany, Arthur Grunwald, president of the Retailers’ Association of Greater Berlin, announced today. He added that the issuing of race cards is one of the most important measures before the Association and demands immediate action by the membership.
