Dr. Franz Barzig, the spokesman for the Social Democratic Party, today assailed Chancellor Ludwig Erhard and the West German Government for failure to complete action on the new indemnification bill which should have been adopted this year by the German Parliament but was postponed until 1965. Dr. Barzig criticized the Government’s restitution policy at a press conference here.
