Members of Socialist youth organizations here today picketed motion picture houses in protest against the announced resumption of exhibition in the near future of films produced by Veit Harlan, producer of the anti-Semitic film, “Jew Suess.”

The pickets distributed in front of the motion picture houses more than 10,000 copies of a pamphlet reading: “Veit Harlan, producer of the hate film, ‘Jew Suess,’ tries it again.” The pamphlet urged that measures be taken against showing of films whose authors or directors damaged the reputation of democratic Germany.
