Germans Ignorant of Slayings; Censorship Rife, Travelers Say

Arrivals from Germany on the S. S. Hamburg Friday declared that Hitler’s wholesale executions of Nazi leaders were carried out behind a wall of censorship which kept the German public in ignorance of the events. Richard Lenz, Berlin industrialist, said that in rural Germany, the people still do not know about the “second revolution.”
