A treaty for indemnification of victims of the Nazi occupation of Belgium was signed here today by representatives of the Brussels Government and West Germany. According to the provisions of the agreement, the Bonn Government will pay 80,000,000 deutschemarks ($19,200,000) compensation to persons persecuted by the Nazis for religious, racial or political reasons.
