Germany’s foreign minister said he’ll try to change the date of a soccer game scheduled for Rosh Hashanah between an Israeli club and a German team. Joschka Fischer, who was on a one-day trip to Israel on Monday, was slated to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz and Labor Party leader Shimon Peres, Ha’aretz reported.
