Ghetto restaurants, admission to which is restricted to Jews, are legal as a result of the Nuremberg laws, it was established today. Permission for opening such restaurants will be given despite existing regulations forbidding the opening of new enterprises.
A court in Hanover has handed down a verdict granting permission to a Zionist club to open a ghetto cafe. Conditions imposed by the court are that non-Jews be forbidden entrance to the cafe and that no “Aryan” waitresses be employed.
