Charles Klein, 34, deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, was appointed associate judge of the Orphans Court by Governor Gifford Pinchot yesterday.
The new judge is the first Jew in the history of Pennsylvania to occupy a position in the Pennsylvania Orphans Court and the youngest appointee to the post.
